"Finally, and again this is something that she has done throughout her career; Bricker serves as a mentor, both formally and informally. In addition to participating in LAWA's formal mentoring program, Bricker also privately advises and champions smart, capable, and driven women and minorities. A notable example is former WTS-LA board member and small WBE business owner Pattie Antich, PE. Bricker dubbed her a "brilliant engineer" and brought her into LAWA, where she has shined overseeing Third Party Coordination on LAMP and other capital projects. Through work like this, Bricker looks to institutionalize equity one small business, one minority, and one woman at a time.”

"Patti's 3rd party coordination skills and knowledge of how the utility companies work is an invaluable contribution to the Inglewood Transit Connector Project. The progress made in this area of the Project's development is very much due to her insightful contribution to the Project. her leadership and collaboration with the broader engineering team. We couldn't do it without her!"

In the City of Los Angeles, the Pasadena Gold Line Project on Marmion Way showcased a win-win scenario. Despite conflicting codes and standards between the Bureau of Engineering, Department of Transportation, and Fire Department, we successfully developed a solution that met the requirements of all involved AHJs. By understanding and addressing their concerns within the constrained right-of-way, we ensured compliance with codes and prioritized public safety. Antich Consulting Inc. adeptly navigates the complexities of multiple AHJs, leveraging honed skills in communication, logic, and persuasion.
ACI actively contributed to the advancement of Agreements on LAWA LAMP, collaborating with franchised utility companies to facilitate smooth relocation activities aligned with the construction schedule. It was mutually acknowledged that, upon project completion, both parties reserved the prerogative to seek reimbursement from one another for the relocation expenses incurred.
